(Income) Requirements
Are you employed or a PHD-Student? a working professional or PHD-student and your monthly gross income (including average bonus, when applicable) must be at least 2 times higher than the basic rent of the apartment.
- 18 – 27 years of age at move in date: Young Professional contract (maximum stay 5 years, minimum stay 1 year, after which a notice period of 1 calendar month applies)
- 28 years or older at move in date: Professional contract (maximum 2 years, minimum 1 year, after which a notice period of 1 month applies)
- PHD-contract (rental contract for the period of your promotion)
This residence can be rented for 12 months and extendable, 12 months minimum stay, provided that you meet the requirements. First starting date is 31/07/2021
Then your gross monthly income (including the average bonuses, allowances and holiday payments), should be at least:
