Located in Zaandam city on 5 minutes walking distance from Zaandam train station, a studio in a new build building with kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. The living room has a French balcony by windows that can be opened up completely. The studio is offered for working professionals/expats. This apartment will be fully furnished with new boxspring beds, wardrobe, sofa, desk/table and TV. At initial check-in a complete set of bedding, linnen and towels will be provided. Also washing machine will be available inside of the accommodation. Service utility charges are excluded but all-inclusive billing is possible. Additional charges for these utility bills will be approx. 145 euro depending on usage. Registration is allowed. Supermarkt and convenience stores are on 2-3 minutes walking distance from the studio. Main city center is about 5 minutes walk. From Zaandam train station there are several direct train connections that connects to Amsterdam CS (12 minutes) and Schiphol airport (22 minutes). Optional: Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged for EUR 50. New linnen/towels can be exchanged for EUR 20 per set. Both are not required for the rental.
